RESERVATIONS
To book your visit, you can send an email to museodellascuola@unimc.it including the following information:
- Name of the school
- Approximate number of students
- Chosen service (self-guided visit, workshop, etc.)
- Preferred date(s) for the visit
- Name of the teacher making the reservation
- Email and phone number of the teacher making the reservation
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once the school has received confirmation from the Museum regarding the date and time, it must send the following form to the offices of the Department of Education, Cultural Heritage and Tourism (to Dr Maurizio Renzi: maurizio.renzi@unimc.it; and cc to m.gasparri2@unimc.it) prior to the visit:
PAYMENTS
Schools can pay in three ways:
- via POS terminal directly at the museum;
- by electronic invoice following a purchase order issued by the school’s administration office;
- OR by electronic invoice issued directly by the Department of Education, Cultural Heritage and Tourism.
